Tomball ISD has committed to two school sites in the new village, one near Gosling Road and one near Kuykendahl Road. If the first school is for grades K-6, the other will also be K-6. If the first is K-4, the second will be an intermediate school for grades 5 & 6. Tomball ISD may also build a third school in Creekside Park.
A bond issue is underway in Tomball ISD that includes the first elementary school near Gosling Road. If approved, construction could being in late 2008.

Montgomery College and The University Center in the Village of College Park provide higher learning opportunities, job training, and continuing education.
Community Services:
The Village of Creekside Park is located within the jurisdiction of The Woodlands Association (TWA). Police protection will be provided by the Harris County Sheriff's Department and Harris County Constable, Precinct 4. When residents begin moving in, the TWA will supplement the routine patrols from Harris County with contract deputies as it does elsewhere in The Woodlands.
Creekside Park will be served by The Woodlands Fire Department (WFD) for fire protection and emergency medical services. In the short term, fire protection will be supplemented by Harris County Emergency Service District, which has a station south of Creekside Park on Kuykendahl Road. A station for WFD is planned to be constructed in Creekside Park on Kuykendahl in 2008 and be operational in early 2009.

The master plan includes six sites for places of worship throughout the village.

Carlton Woods is on of only two private clubs in the country to offer the Nicklaus/Fazio combination.
The 53,000-square-foot Italiante-style main clubhouse is located near the Nicklaus course in Carlton Woods. A second clubhouse is being built near the Fazio Course. The Tuscan-inspired design will include a 13,500-square-foot clubhouse and 6,000-square-foot cart barn arranged around a Village Square on a hillcrest overlooking the golf course. The clubhouse interior will be richly appointed and will feature a Girlle and bar with a vast stone fireplace overlooking the 18th hole, a pro shop, and men's and women's locker rooms. The cart barn has been designed as a multi-function pavilion for club events, with large sliding doors that open to the Village Square and golf course. The clubhouse is slate for completion in early September of 2007.
